Ariane G. Larochelle joined the Québec City real estate practice group in order to offer clients the benefit of her thoroughness and analytical skills in the context of various real estate projects and operations, as well as in financing and transactions.
Ariane holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Sherbrooke and was admitted to the Bar in 2018. During her time at university, Ariane participated in a program of study at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver which allowed her to study Common Law and international trade law alongside students from many different countries.
After articling at a firm in Sherbrooke practicing mainly tax litigation and business law, she practiced in-house at one of the largest real estate investment trusts in Canada, which allowed her to acquire solid experience in drafting and negotiating contracts, in addition to being aware of the reality and needs of a business.
