Bénédicte Dupuis is a lawyer in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at the Québec City office. Her practice focuses on administrative, civil and commercial litigation.
Bénédicte has appeared in the Québec Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal and many administrative tribunals. She successfully represented Gestion Gosselin et Bérubé inc. before the Supreme Court of Canada in Uniprix inc. v. Gestions Gosselin et Bérubé inc., 2017 SCC 43, a case involving a contractual dispute.
Bénédicte has developed a special expertise in judicial review, judicial ethics, jurisdictional and constitutional matters, having pleaded before the Québec Judicial Council and the Canadian Judicial Council on numerous occasions.
Bénédicte has had the opportunity to represent health organizations, government bodies and professional orders.
She is currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Applied Ethics (D.E.S.S.) from Université Laval.
She is involved in her community, serving as a member on the board of Fondation Élan since 2017 and a member of the MNBAQ Foundation’s Cercle 179 since 2018.
