Caroline Senini is a litigation and dispute resolution lawyer in Fasken’s Vancouver office. Her practice focuses on commercial disputes including class actions, contract and shareholder disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and professional liability. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia.
Prior to joining Fasken, Caroline clerked for the Supreme Court of British Columbia, where she gained broad experience in civil, criminal, family and administrative law.
Caroline was Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of International Law and International Relations while in law school. She also worked as a caseworker at Downtown Legal Services and completed an internship at the Canadian Civil Liberties Association.
Caroline assists at the University of British Columbia as a Course Coordinator for the Allan McEachern Course in Trial Advocacy.
