Charlene’s practice includes environmental, energy, mining and infrastructure.

Her experience includes representing projects and corporations on their environmental matters, including compliance, contaminated sites, waste management, climate change, dealing with regulatory agencies, responses to government policies and the development of internal environmental practices and systems. She also advises on contracts, obtaining environmental assessment and project approvals and arrangements with First Nations including joint ventures, participation agreements, exploration agreements, impact benefit agreements and accommodation agreements.

Charlene advises on procurement documents and processes and construction, supply, services and related contracts and template documents for infrastructure, commercial, industrial and other projects and clients.
