Charlotte Lessard-Hamel holds a Bachelor of Laws from Université Laval.
In her final year of university, she clerked with the Honourable Justice Hélène Carrier of the Civil Division of the Court of Québec.
Charlotte’s interest in history and politics led to her being involved through her undergraduate career in the Socio-political Committee of Université Laval’s Law Students’ Association. This experience allowed her to organize roundtables with former Supreme Court of Canada justices that gave students the opportunity to discuss the social and political ramifications of a judgment of Canada’s highest court.
She also participated in the creation of an academic competition for Université Laval law students. In addition to her passion for law, Charlotte enjoys cooking, travel and hiking.
