Practising labour and workplace health and safety law, Christelle Leblanc advises employers on collective agreements, grievance arbitrations, individual and group employment contracts, and labour standards. Christelle also provides counsel on matters relating to psychological harassment, termination of employment, and job-related injuries.
Christelle advises manufacturers on labour relations and labour law negotiations. She is involved in drafting legal opinions to prevent or resolve disputes.
In addition to appearing before specialized boards such as grievance adjudicators and the Tribunal administratif du travail, Christelle investigates issues relating to employee discipline. She also delivers information sessions to executives and managers.
Before joining Fasken, Christelle worked for several years in private practice in corporate law and litigation, developing expertise in the education and health care sectors.
