Claudia Schneidman is a lawyer in our Corporate/Commercial group at Fasken at the Montréal office. Her practice covers all aspects of business law, including mergers and acquisitions.
As part of her practice, Claudia is called upon to work on the purchase and sale of businesses and corporate reorganizations. She is regularly involved in major interprovincial and international issues in both French and English.
As part of her university studies, Claudia became involved with the Université de Sherbrooke’s Clinique juridique entrepreneuriale in order to help local businesses. She also held the position of project manager for the Fonds d’Investissement étudiant de l’Université de Sherbrooke (FIEUS), and in her last year of university she qualified as a student athlete by joining the University’s competitive Vert et Or team.
Passionate about corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance, Claudia has completed two internships in the field of finance at Société Générale and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Finance at McGill University in order to increase her knowledge of the financial sector.
