Colette Butler is an associate in the Johannesburg office Banking and Finance practice group and has during her time as a candidate attorney at the firm, accumulated experience in various aspects of Company Law, Finance and Projects, Dispute Resolution and Competition Law.
Colette’s involvement has included the review of various finance documents, the drafting of various security documents and company documents, as well as the management of conditions precedent and closing protocols.
