Daphne Papadatos maintains a general litigation practice, with experience in corporate commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Daphne is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from McGill University where she graduated with Distinction. At Osgoode, she was a Senior Editor of the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and participated in several mentorship programs. In her second year at Osgoode, Daphne competed in the Mathews, Dinsdale & Clarke LLP National Labour Arbitration Competition and in her final year she was a caseworker with the employment law division of Osgoode’s Community and Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP). Daphne currently volunteers as duty counsel at the Toronto Small Claims Court Law Help Ontario clinic, provides legal advice on Pro Bono Ontario's Free Legal Advice Hotline and is a mentor lawyer for the Law in Action Within Schools program.
Daphne summered at the Firm in 2016 and was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission She articled with the Firm in 2017-2018, and joined the firm as an associate in 2018.
