Daphne is a member of the Global Energy Group. Her practice focuses on regulatory, commercial and business advice for energy and natural resource companies.

Daphne works on commercial and regulatory matters with an emphasis on energy, indigenous, and environmental law. She has experience advising clients regarding power generation, clean energy, mining, LNG and aquaculture projects ranging from environmental issues, facility permitting, indigenous agreements as well as operational matters arising throughout the lifecycle of projects or facilities. She has also assisted clients in structuring and implementing indigenous consultation processes, including negotiating impact benefit agreements.

Daphne was called to the BC bar in 2017 and Alberta in 2016. She was previously an Associate with a leading regional firm in Vancouver and brings regulatory litigation experience to her business practice at Fasken.
