David H. Benarroch specializes in tax and corporate matters, including tax litigation, tax compliance, corporate tax planning and estate planning.
David defends taxpayers in their disputes with the Quebec and Canadian tax authorities and is involved in files from the audit process to the appeal phase before the provincial and federal courts.
As part of his corporate practice he supports and advises entrepreneurs in various aspects of corporate and tax law, especially in respect to planning real estate acquisitions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructurings.
David holds a civil law degree (LL.B.) as well as a master’s degree in tax law (M. Fisc.). He is an active member of his community and many philanthropic institutions.
