Counsel at Fasken, David Doubilet’s practice is focused on infrastructure and alternative service delivery projects. Working across both the public and private sectors, David frequently advises clients on corporate/commercial matters, particularly mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project financing, and banking.

Regularly working with multinational corporations, David has structured and implemented acquisitions and investments in a wide range of industries in Canada.
David participates as a chair, panelist and speaker for various bar associations, as well as industry and professional organizations. A member of The Law Society of Upper Canada, he is also an active member of the American Bar Association.
