David Provenzano practices in the areas of procurement, government contracts, and privacy/information protection.
David brings years of public sector experience having worked as in-house counsel in financial services, information technology, and the energy sector with a focus on advising on public procurement matters. David supports clients throughout the bidding process, the award and contract negotiation stage, and in managing procurement risks and bid disputes. David takes time to understand client perspectives and issues, and strives to provide pragmatic and effective legal and strategic advice on any matter that comes his way.
David holds both a Canadian and US JD having graduated from Windsor Law and Detroit Mercy Law, where he received numerous awards for academic excellence. Prior to law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Glendon College, York University. David also has an Osgoode Certificate in Public Procurement Law and Practice.
In his spare time, David enjoys cooking and visiting Toronto's many great restaurants.
