Elizabeth Lyall is a senior litigation partner in Fasken’s Vancouver office.

Elizabeth has practised civil litigation since her call to the bar in 1986 with an emphasis on life and disability insurance, transportation, and professional negligence. Elizabeth has extensive experience in mediation: she incorporates alternate dispute resolution into her practice, both for her own clients and as an independent mediator. Elizabeth has appeared as counsel in all levels of Courts including the British Columbia Provincial and Supreme Courts, the Federal Court of Canada, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. 

Elizabeth is a Past President of the Canadian Bar Insurance Association. She is Chair of both the Fasken (Vancouver) Insurance and Product Liability Practice Group and the Fasken (Vancouver) Speciality Litigation Department.
