Elizabeth Lyall is an experienced civil litigator in Fasken's Vancouver office. She is Chair of the region’s Insurance practice group.

With more than 30 years of civil litigation expertise, Elizabeth’s primary focus is on life and disability insurance defence, transportation, and professional negligence. Elizabeth has extensive experience in mediation, and she incorporates alternate dispute resolution into her practice, both for her own clients and as an independent mediator.

Elizabeth has appeared as counsel in all levels of Courts including the British Columbia Provincial and Supreme Courts, the Federal Court of Canada, the British Columbia Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada.

Elizabeth is a Past President of the Canadian Bar Insurance Association.
