Emily Papsin is an associate in the Firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group.
Emily graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, she earned a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Neuroscience from Dalhousie University.
At law school, Emily was the Editor in Chief of Obiter Dicta, Osgoode's bi-weekly student newspaper and North America's longest-running law school publication, and served as the Co-President of Osgoode’s Peer Support Centre.
Emily has served as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Ontario Court of Justice, where she worked in support of eight judges presiding over matters in the Regional Municipality of York.
Emily volunteers with The 519’s Access to Justice and Legal Initiative program to provide legal support to Toronto's 2SLGBTQ+ community. Emily is also a certified Community Mediator, and has completed certifications in Lawyering Using an Anti-Racism and Anti-Oppression Lens, Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training as well as Mental Health First Aid. Emily enjoys indoor and outdoor cycling, film photography, running with her dog, and playing guitar.
