Eric Saragosa advises clients in the life sciences industry on a range of matters, including regulatory compliance, contracting and intellectual property.
Eric’s practice is focused on providing practical advice for navigating a complex regulatory and commercial landscape, at every step of the product lifecycle. He has notably assisted clients on matters related to pricing strategy, formulary listing, the PMPRB, professional regulations, and access to information requests. His practice also touches the areas of food, cosmetics, natural health products and medical devices.
Eric completed summer and articling terms with a national intellectual property and life sciences firm. Following his call to the Bar, he assisted with due diligence and document review for a national full-service firm and was seconded to a leading pharmaceutical company.
Eric is a graduate of McGill University, where he obtained a B.Sc. in Neuroscience and completed the dual B.C.L./LL.B. program. While at McGill, he served as Editor-in-Chief of the McGill Journal of Law and Health and competed as a varsity rower.
