Erika Provencher is a lawyer in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group at the Québec City office.
Erika has extensive knowledge of professional liability and class actions. As part of her practice, she has been called upon to handle complex cases and make numerous representations before the Court of Québec, the Superior Court of Québec and the Court of Appeal of Québec.
Member of the Barreau du Québec since 2016, she graduated from the Faculty of Law of Université Laval (LL.B.) in 2015.
Prior to joining Fasken, Erika worked at a national law firm in Québec City.
