Employers have an obligation to accommodate their employees for the various reasons set forth in the Charter of human rights and freedoms. Our speakers will address the following issues:
• How is that obligation applied in Québec?
• What is the process to follow?
• What must an employer consider in determining if the accommodation requested is reasonable or if it will result in undue hardship?
