Following up on the successful 2011 Fasken Martineau Institute seminar, we are pleased to present our second Annual Case Law Review, covering some of the key decisions of our Courts in 2012. This seminar will guide you through significant decisions of the past year and inform you of major cases to watch out for in 2013, covering areas including class actions, employment law, advertising, privacy, copyright law, tax law, litigation procedure and other topics critical to your practice. You will leave the presentation with a better understanding of:

  • what the Courts said,
  • why the decisions are significant, and
  • implications for your business and practice.
