This workshop begins by providing an overview of the legal environment governing the non-union workplace including key concepts from the common law, contract principles, human rights, immigration, and employment standards legislation. The workshop moves from issue identification to problem solving through audience interaction and exercises. With an emphasis on useful "take away" points, this workshop is equally valuable for both line management and human resource practitioners.
