Québec’s first emissions allowance auction is fast approaching, and will be held on December 3, 2013. Whether you are an emitter, a distributor of hydrocarbons, an offset credit project promoter or an investor, it is in your best interest to elaborate a business strategy that will allow you to profit from the opportunities of Québec’s carbon market.

Whether the regulation applies to your current activities or whether you will have to cover your greenhouse gas emissions starting in in 2015, this presentation is for you! It is never too early to prepare for such an important legislative change.

Fasken Martineau’s Environment Law practice group invites you to this must-attend event, where a seasoned team will guide you through Québec’s cap-and-trade system as well as the emission allowances auction rules, providing you with concrete solutions that will help you benefit from taking part in Québec’s GHG cap-and-trade system.
