Good Faith Collective Bargaining: The Main Principles and Rules That Apply in Québec
Fasken Martineau's labour, employment and human rights law group is pleased to invite you to its next Flash Training. This breakfast seminar is for all professionals who want to upgrade their legal knowledge while participating in an event that lends itself to networking.
Negotiating a collective agreement certainly requires a good dose of strategy, but there are also pitfalls that need to be avoided if negotiators don't want their strategy to come back and haunt them.
Speakers Louis Bernier and Benoit Turmel will examine the legal principles that apply in matters of good faith bargaining, using concrete examples of specific conduct that has been reviewed by the courts over the years and the possible consequences.
You may attend this conference at our offices, or watch it by webcast.
Note: An application to have this training activity recognized as mandatory continuing education has been submitted to the Québec Bar.
