Barely a day seems to go by without “Tax” being in the news – who should pay it, what it should be paid on and who may not have paid enough of it.

“Morality” and “Deficit” swoop in and out of the debate like two modern day Furies. Yet, beneath all the pre-election bombast, a lot of change is already quietly taking place which will have important implications for taxpayers. Irrespective of who wins the election, a new tax on diverted profits and significant reforms to the way corporate debt is taxed are likely to be on the statute book by the end of next month.

If you would like a practical overview of what the implications of the Budget is likely to be for you and your business, we would be delighted if you would join us for a discussion of the measures announced in the Budget followed by a restorative coffee and croissant.

If you would like to be sent the seminar presentation, please contact Gerald Montagu.
