Fasken Martineau's Labour, Employment, Human Rights & Public Law group as well as its Tax group cordially invite you to a seminar on the immigration and tax aspects to consider when hiring or transferring a foreign worker.

Mtre Villaran will present an overview of the rules and procedures for obtaining a work permit with or without a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA).

Mtre Cabana will review the concept of tax residency applicable to foreign workers. He will also discuss other important considerations for businesses that retain the services of foreign workers.
