Since Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL) came into force in phases starting in 2014, the CRTC has received hundreds of thousands of complaints, engaged in significant investigation and enforcement actions, and published important guidance documents. We are pleased to invite you to a special update session regarding CASL, to be presented by representatives from the CRTC:

Our distinguished panel will speak about CASL compliance and enforcement, lessons learned, and be available to answer questions from attendees.
