Since Canada’s Anti-Spam Law (CASL) came into force in phases starting in 2014, the CRTC has received hundreds of thousands of complaints, engaged in significant investigation and enforcement actions, and published important guidance documents. We are pleased to invite you to a special update session regarding CASL, to be presented by representatives from the CRTC:

  • Lynne Perrault, Director, Electronic Commerce Enforcement, CRTC
  • Dana-Lynn Wood, Senior Advisor, Compliance and Enforcement, CRTC

Our distinguished panel will speak about CASL compliance and enforcement, lessons learned, and be available to answer questions from attendees. Registrants are encouraged to submit questions in advance through the registration process below. The speakers will be presenting in-person in our Toronto office and the session will be simultaneously broadcast to our offices in Montreal, Ottawa, Québec City, Calgary, and Vancouver.
