Overview

Fasken Martineau's Intellectual Property group is pleased to invite you to this training session. Intellectual property is oft-neglected when dealing with service, supplies or manufacturing contracts, even though they frequently lead to innovations that can be patented or copyrighted. It is often difficult, however, to identify the owner of these innovations and costly disputes may result. This presentation is intended to help you better understand the intellectual property issues related to your contractual relationships so that you can manage them properly.

Don't miss our next training session on October 19, 2016: Aboriginal Law: An update.

This training session is an invitation only event. For all queries, please contact Steeve Nadon at 514 397 5182 or snadon@fasken.com.
