Fasken Martineau's Labour, Employment, Human Rights, and Public Law group is once again pleased to invite you to its annual Labour Law Forum, a unique event designed for human resources advisors and in-house legal counsel.

We have again this year brought together over 20 speakers to discuss important decisions rendered over the past twelve months. Listen to their opinions of the latest jurisprudence on management rights and benefit from practical tips that will help you maximize the use of this very important right.

More specifically, our speakers will inform you about decisions related to managing a unionized or non-unionized company's human resources that marked the 2015-2016 year, and the relevant teachings. They will also address concepts such as accommodation, constructive dismissal, social media, drugs and alcohol and managing disability.

You will then hear from lawyers specialized in three different areas: workplace health and safety, labour relations and immigration. These lawyers will provide practical tips in light of recent legislative changes or rulings handed down over the last months.

To satisfy the demand and due to the success of previous editions, this year Fasken is coming to meet you! Our new formula now offers you the opportunity to choose the time and place that suits you best. Don't miss out!
