The world and the global business environment has been shaken and disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic! Clifford Sosnow, Co-Chair of Fasken's International Trade and Investment Group will address the effect of COVID-19 on cross-border trade issues including the closing of the border for all non-essential commerce. Claude Jodoin a preeminent tax attorney with Fasken will provide insight into federal and provincial programs that have been initiated by the respective governments to assist businesses and individuals during this incredibly difficult time. The event will be moderated by Jon Sorenson, President of the NECB.
