Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues at public companies have become an increased focus of institutional investors.

In this pre-recorded webinar, Jo-Anne Matear and Oujala Motala of the Ontario Securities Commission will discuss existing disclosure requirements under Canadian securities law, as well as recent initiatives, related to ESG matters, followed by questions posed to Jo-Anne and Oujala by Stephen Erlichman of Fasken. This webinar will be of interest to management, boards and shareholders of Canadian public companies in any industry.
