Frédérique Tremblay is an associate with the Corporate/Commercial Law group. She graduated from the Université de Sherbrooke in 2013 with a Bachelor of Law and was called to the Barreau du Québec in 2015. Frédérique’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and commercial law. She advises clients on numerous share and asset purchase and sale transactions in several sectors that require the intervention of multiple players.
In addition to her experience in the area of mergers & acquisitions, Frédérique advises clients in connection with their corporate organization and the protection of various stakeholders, in particular to draft shareholders’ agreements.
Frédérique also assists clients from every sector draft commercial agreements, such as procurement contracts and services agreements. After having supported a company’s procurement team for several months, Frédérique now masters the key concepts that must be addressed in this type of agreement and has the skill to tailor them to the specific needs of each client.
