Gabriel is a lawyer in the Corporate/Commercial group at Fasken at the Montréal office. He mainly practises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, emerging technologies and start-ups.
Gabriel was called to the Québec Bar in 2018 after obtaining his degree in civil law from the University of Ottawa in 2017.
Prior to joining Fasken, Gabriel practised in the corporate law/mergers and acquisitions group of a major regional business law firm.
