Gabriella recently completed her second year at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. While in law school, Gabriella volunteered as a clinician with the Law Students’ Legal Advice Program and worked as a part-time research assistant for Professors Nikos Harris and Benjamin Goold, conducting research on criminal procedure and on covert police surveillance in the United Kingdom, respectively.

Gabriella was selected for the 2019 Peter Burns Moot Team and placed as an alternate winner. In her first-year summer and part-time during her second year, Gabriella gained valuable experience through her work at a boutique family law firm in Vancouver, BC.

Outside of school, Gabriella is a long-time Advanced Rescue Volunteer at Oceanwise Vancouver Aquarium’s Marine Mammal Rescue Centre and has received numerous ‘Outstanding Contribution’ awards for her service. Gabriella enjoys being engaged in community volunteering, being outdoors, and cycling at her favourite spin studio. She joins us in June for summer articles.
