Overview

Gagan Lamba is an Articling Student in Fasken's Toronto office.

Gagan graduated from Queen’s University, Faculty of Law. Prior to law school, he obtained an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. During his undergraduate studies, Gagan worked in the Capital Markets group at the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan. He also worked as an Analyst in Commercial Banking at a major financial institution in Toronto. At Queen’s Law, Gagan was a Research Assistant for the Conflict Analytics Lab, where his work focused on applying data analytics and AI to improve access to justice. He was also an Executive Member of the Queen’s Mergers & Acquisitions Association. During his first year of law school, he placed first in the Dentons Canada Negotiation Competition and went on to compete at the national level. Gagan is an active mentor to younger students and constantly strives to have a positive impact in the communities around him. In his spare time, Gagan enjoys trying new restaurants and experimenting with new recipes. He is also an avid sneakerhead and a basketball enthusiast.  

Gagan summered at the Firm in 2021 and was seconded to Manulife Financial.
