Geoff Tadema graduated from the Faculty of Law at Queen’s University where he received the Dean’s Gold Scholar Award in his first year of studies. During his time at Queen’s, Geoff was a tutor for first year students, volunteer at Pro Bono Students Canada, and Student Editor of the Canadian Labour and Employment Law Journal. He also received the course prize in labour law and the Lenczer Slaght Royce Smith Griffin LLP Moot Award for being on the top oralist team at the Mathews Dinsdale National Labour Arbitration Competition. Prior to law school, Geoff obtained a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University and Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Previously, he worked at the Bargaining and Compensation Division of the Treasury Board Secretariat of the Ontario Public Service in labour relations and compensation. Geoff enjoys playing basketball and volleyball, hiking, and collecting vinyl music.

Geoff summered at the Firm in 2017 and was seconded to the Hudson’s Bay Company.
