Guillaume-Pierre Michaud practises in the areas of insolvency and corporate restructuring and in connection with insolvency-related transactions and litigation.

In insolvency mandates, Guillaume represents and protects the interests of different stakeholders during corporate restructuring, realization of assets or bankruptcy. The clientele he represents includes insolvent companies, creditors, shareholders, directors, trustees/monitors and receivers.

Guillaume also guides clients during every aspect of asset sale or restructuring transactions and insolvency arrangements, and during every aspect of litigation, including the provision of advice, the drafting of pleadings and representation before the various courts.

The expertise he developed over the course of his career is evident during negotiations related to transactions, corporate restructuring and insolvency litigation.
