Harry Bhandal’s practice is focused on all aspects of Commercial Real Estate Law with a concentration on acquisitions and dispositions, commercial mortgage financings, and commercial leasing affecting all types of real property.
Harry has routinely represented cross-border and domestic clients including private and public companies, institutional lenders, private lenders, limited partnerships, and entrepreneurs in connection with the purchase, sale, financing of real property, and leasing matters. Frequently, these transactions include retail plazas, shopping centres, office buildings, vacant land, student housing projects, condominium developments, multi-residential buildings, and construction development financing.
While studying to earn his law degree at Bond University on Australia’s Gold Coast, Harry began expanding his network of contacts, globally. His international experiences uniquely position him to address a variety of situations to ensure his clients’ goals are always met. Outside of the office, you can often find Harry at the racetrack due to his passion for cars, golfing, or catching a Raptors game.
Before joining Fasken, Harry was an Associate in the Real Estate group at an international law firm in Toronto.
