Harry is a recent graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School where he completed a Master of Laws, Canadian Common Law. At Osgoode, he received the Highest Grade in Property Law and the Highest Essay Mark in Criminal Law. Harry completed his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Edinburgh, graduating with Distinction. He was the recipient of the Law School’s Jurisprudence Award and the Miller Prize for Revenue (Tax) Law. He received the Top Ten Best Oralist Award and the Carnegie Foundation Award for the Best Memorial on Behalf of the Respondent at the 2012 Telders International Law Moot Competition held in The Hague, Netherlands. Harry also participated in the ICCSN Cambridge International Criminal Law Moot Competition. He worked as a Summer Student at litigation boutique, Simpson & Marwick Solicitors, in Edinburgh, Scotland and completed a placement with the Edinburgh Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service. Harry completed a six-month placement with a criminal defence lawyer in Hamilton, Ontario, and has participated in the Advocates’ Society “Advanced Do a Trial Program”. Prior to law school, Harry obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto in History and Political Science followed by a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Toronto’s Munk School of Global Affairs (“Munk School”). He was a Senior Researcher for the G8/G20 Research Group at the Munk School, the Managing Editor of the Journal of International Law and International Relations at the University of Toronto Law School, and an intern with the Political/Economic Section of the U.S. Consulate General Toronto. He represented Canada at the 2009 G8 Youth Summit in Milan, Italy and served as Conference Chairman at the 2009 World Bank Graduate Student Conference at the Munk School. Harry enjoys playing hockey, trail-running, umpiring adult and youth baseball, global politics, theatre and piano.

Harry summered at the Firm in 2016 and was seconded to the Ontario Securities Commission’s Enforcement Branch.
