Heather Williamson is a corporate and securities Paralegal in the firm’s Securities and Technology Group and has worked as a paralegal for over 16 years, both in-house and in law firms.
She is familiar with incorporations, organizations, extra-provincial registrations, alterations, amalgamations, continuances and dissolutions. She has assisted in all aspects of corporate/commercial work. This includes; share and asset purchase transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, restructurings and financings, conducting due diligence searches, drafting and maintenance of closing agendas and closing documentation, private placements and financings, as well as preparation and filing of PPSA financing statements, amendments, renewals and discharges.
Heather is also experienced in securities law and is familiar with the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) and the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI).
