Irfan is a skilled, strategic & business minded lawyer with over a decade of in-house legal experience including working with some of North America’s largest real estate development, construction, leasing and property management firms and, most recently, as General Counsel of a billion dollar private investment company focusing on real estate-based acquisitions, development and operations.
Irfan is passionate about all aspects of real estate. He uses the experience he has gained over the years to provide day to day advice and practical solutions on a wide range of real estate matters including real estate acquisitions, development, construction, leasing, sales & marketing, and property management of residential, office, shopping centres, hotels, retail, seniors homes, industrial and mixed use projects.
