Isaac recently completed his second year at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. Since beginning law school, Isaac has competed in the Jessup International Law Moot, worked as a research assistant, and acted as a legal researcher for a prominent global supply chain auditing firm in the United States. Isaac is particularly interested in commercial litigation and cross-border disputes. After law school, Isaac will be clerking at the Supreme Court of British Columbia in Vancouver.
Prior to law school, Isaac spent several years working on drilling rigs in the Albertan oilfield. Isaac graduated from the University of Saskatchewan at the top of his class, receiving the Rose Litman Medal in the Humanities. Isaac also completed his graduate studies in International Relations, focusing on deterrence theory, at the London School of Economics. He obtained the highest degree classification of Distinction and placed first in several courses while at the LSE.
In his spare time, Isaac enjoys freediving, spearfishing, snowboarding, and reading history.
