Jasdeep is developing a broad corporate practice with experience in all facets of banking and finance, corporate real estate and commercial transactions.
Jasdeep has experience working on both domestic and international bilateral and syndicated financings for agents, lenders and borrowers, commercial real estate acquisitions/divestitures, leasing and financings, as well as with general corporate and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Fasken, Jasdeep worked at another recognized law firm in Calgary.
