Jean M. Gagné specializes in commercial and business law, with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, public and private financings in the mining industry and the negotiation of major commercial contracts related to this area. 

Jean M. has extensive experience in financing transactions and other important operations related to businesses in the mining sector. An expert in the field, Jean M. helps clients implement all legal steps governing the construction of major mining projects in Canada and internationally.

Jean M. takes a multidisciplinary approach and has played a key role in several major projects in Quebec and elsewhere, including negotiating a number of cooperation agreements with First Nations.
