Jenna’s practice focuses on all aspects of Canadian competition law including mergers, advertising and marketing practices, abuse of dominance, criminal cartel matters and other reviewable practices.
Jenna Ward is an associate in the firm’s Antitrust/Competition & Marketing group.
Jenna received her JD from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. Prior to attending law school, she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Regina. She also completed her Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science, a year of which she spent studying at the University of Hawaii.
Prior to joining the firm, Jenna summered with the in-house legal team at Tim Hortons.
Jenna summered and articled at the Firm and was seconded to Holt Renfrew.
In 2017, Jenna served as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Henry S. Brown of the Federal Court.
