Jessica Moldaver maintains broad practice, advising clients in matters including those related to employment standards and litigation, labour relations and arbitration, and human rights.

Jessica graduated cum laude from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, where she held the position of Co-Chair of the Employment and Labour Law Student Society. Throughout her studies, Jessica provided accessible legal services at the University of Ottawa Community Legal Clinic, where she represented victims of violent crime at the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board. Jessica continues to devote time in her practice to community legal services, acting as Duty Counsel for the pro Bono Law Ontario Duty Counsel Project, and providing employment law advice on Pro Bono Ontario's Free Legal Advice Hotline. Jessica also volunteers as a professional mentor to Indigenous post-secondary students through Indspire’s Rivers to Success program.

Jessica is a graduate of Dalhousie University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Development. She went on to obtain a Postgraduate Certificate in Sport and Event Marketing from George Brown College.

Jessica summered at the Firm in 2016 and was seconded to Rogers Media Inc., Sportsnet. She articled with the Firm in 2017-2018, and joined the firm as an associate in 2018.
