Jordana Keslassy is engaged in a broad corporate/commercial practice for private and publicly-held companies. She has been involved in a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, share purchase transactions, asset purchase transactions, as well as debt and equity financings.
Jordana is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to law school, Jordana obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Western University, graduating with an honours specialization and distinction.
Jordana summered and articled with the Firm. As a summer student, Jordana was seconded to the legal department of the Sinai Health System (Mount Sinai Hospital). Jordana joined the firm as an associate in 2019.
