Overview

Kelly Inglese is the Director, Paraprofessional for the Ontario region.  An experienced legal administrative professional, Kelly manages a team of approximately 50 law clerks, paralegals and e-discovery professionals at Fasken’s Toronto and Ottawa offices. Her program and people management skills along with her expertise in the area of litigation and e-discovery have made her a recognized leader in law firm management.

 

Kelly has assembled and mentored multiple teams of litigation support and e-discovery professionals as well as specialized litigation law clerks/paralegals. She has designed and implemented protocols and procedures for e-discovery best practices for leading Canadian law firms to support lawyers, law clerks, paralegals and clients in the use of technology in litigation. She provides consulting services on complex electronic document discovery matters with a focus on legal project management.
