Overview

Kerry Kaukinen is a member of the Indigenous Law and Environmental groups in Vancouver. Her practice focuses on civil disputes, administrative and regulatory law. She has appeared before several levels of court in British Columbia, the Federal Court of Appeal and administrative tribunals.

Kerry works with clients to effectively navigate the sensitivities and processes involved in permitting, environmental assessment, and Indigenous consultation. She represents clients on judicial review matters, injunctions and other disputes often involving Aboriginal and Environmental law elements.

Kerry advises clients under investigation for regulatory and environmental offences and has defended clients in regulatory prosecutions and contested sentencing hearings.
