Kevin O’Neill, QC is a recognized labour, employment and human rights lawyer in both British Columbia and across Canada. He is the regional Lead of the Labour, Employment & Human Rights group. For more than four decades, Kevin has been exclusively focused on the representation of management clients before both the Canada and BC Labour Boards.

Kevin also acts as counsel at arbitrations, Human Rights Tribunal hearings and in all levels of Court in British Columbia.

He is a frequent lecturer and provides training and seminars to clients to educate them as to their rights and responsibilities.
