Laïla Tremblay is a member of the Labour, Employment and Human Rights group at the Montréal office. Laïla’s practice focuses on labour relations, labour law and issues related to administrative and civil disputes. She conducts research and appears before grievance adjudicators and in cases involving labour standards, occupational health and safety and collective agreements.


She also handles requests for access to information held by public bodies, issues related to the protection of personal information in the public and private sectors and estate litigation.


Before joining Fasken, Laïla worked for a global entertainment company for ten years.
