Overview

Lei Huang is a consultant with Fasken Business Consulting (Asia) Inc. He works with clients investing in the global resource sector with a focus on Chinese, Canadian, Australian and Russian projects.

Lei’s expertise includes mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, private equity and public financings. He facilitates major transactions such as capital raising projects for Chinese clients in the Canadian markets and work on behalf of international funds investing in China.

Lei has earned law degrees from top universities in both China and Canada. Before joining Fasken, he was a key member of the China practice at another Canadian law firm. He has also worked at one of the largest Chinese law firms, where he assisted clients with major foreign investment deals and regulatory matters.
